I’m Kenzo Mautner, a 20-year-old web developer and digital specialist who’s been lucky enough to call Panama’s beautiful beaches home for the past 14 years. Living right on the beach, I’ve gotten to see firsthand how amazing our local sea turtles are – and also the challenges they face.

During the day, I work in web development and online reputation management, but my real passion project is right here. I started SOS Turtles because I wanted to do something meaningful for my community and these incredible creatures that share our coastline.

Being both a tech guy and a beach resident gives me a unique way to approach turtle conservation. I figure – why not use my digital skills to help protect these awesome animals? That’s exactly what I’m trying to do with this initiative.

This project is all about bringing together my love for Panama’s marine life, my tech background, and my desire to make a real difference in our local community.
